Lovely hotel in an interesting city
Posted 21 Sep 2018 on HotelsReally great hotel with scenic views of the lake behind the city. Service and quality of the hotel is amazing. We didn't try the food there, but saw that Cafe 99 on the 1st floor had a nice looking dinner buffet. Location is near the center of the city, so lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The concierge was also really helpful and provided food recommendations. The lobby includes a kid's play area, but it wasn't open during our time there. Pool was lovely. Overall great stay both for business and a family trip.

Best choice in town
Posted 27 Oct 2019 on HotelsRooms are nice, even if not super new - good if you consider the environment. Staff not sufficient: not helpful and prefers to hide their ability to speak English. Views on the lake are pleasant!

設施管理不善，已使用毛巾沒人收拾，太多污積及整潔度太差。房間整潔度好。

草原の見えるリゾートホテル

Cons: 朝食が7時からでしたが、10分くらい遅れました。
少し高くなりますが、レイクビューの部屋を勧めます。部屋から草原がよく見えます。満州里は小さな町ですが、シャングリラホテルは、安心して泊まれます。
