Great house just a minor improvement required.
Posted 28 Jul 2023 on HotelsGreat house and location, only let down by one aspect the mattress in the main bedroom the spring can be felt on your back which was disappointing. this could be easily solved with the addition of a mattress topper. I would defiantly stay again as I'm a regular visitor to Hull .
please update me as i would like to book again.

Hi Mark,Huge apologies for this. I’ll be looking to the mattress as a matter of urgency as this is the first I’ve heard. Happy to replace the mattress or get a mattress protector as needed. Please let me know if you’d like to stay again and I’ll arrange some discount for you.Thanks
