Lovely staff but noisy fridge, patchy wifi, room was cold, gym equipment was faulty, spa was closed for repairs and they charged me for parking despite have loads of spaces outside the building.

Check in process was super easy and staff were extremely helpful pre-check in and during our entire stay. Loved we had our own washing machine and dryer. Location is central to everywhere and having Chadstone Shopping Centre 2min away was a blessing. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is a must-try too!

Very handy position to Chadstone Center. Easy to call a taxi. Two bathrooms.
The seating could be more comfortable as on couch for 4.
The Queen bed was a little too soft.
