Hotel has great location but it was in bad condition broken shower fixtures, not super clean. Breakfast was good and decent.

This hotel was clean. The room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. If in the area would definitely book a room here again. Many great places and restaurants to visit in the area.

Great location to walk everywhere, shopping, Flamenca shows, meeting point to our food tour and Toledo tour were also walking distance(for us at least within 1 mile) we never took a taxi besides to the airport.
Very comfy beds, quiet and super clean rooms! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant…except for the gal serving breakfast…she was rude, didn’t like foreigners…but we got over that, hoping the manager will see this and give her an attitude check…especially since everyone else was so great!
Would stay here again.

This hotel is very well located. 1 minute walk to Puerta Del Sol and a few more minutes to Plaza Mayor and a few more to the Royal Palace. Also around 30 min walking to the Prado, train station, and Reina Sofia. The only slight issue is breakfast. The Spanish omelette had too many potatoes for my taste and some of the fruit (kiwi, bananas, and apples not included) came from a can and weren't fresh. I would stay here again if I came to Madrid and would reccomend staying hjere.

Check the bed before unpacking…bufet is very limited and in a small space. Location is perfect and staff was great.
