Well cared for hostal. Loved the common areas and courtyard. Air conditioning could be a bit better in the dormitories. Ladder to upper bunk not easy (even for an agile person)

Conveniently situated, walking distance to Km 0, Prado Museum, Atocha Train station. Warm and welcome atmosphere. I had a private room on the first floor, my only complaint is that the patio was right next door so it was loud on the weekend.

Easy check in. All three employees that I interacted with were very friendly. Good clean communal bathrooms and there were sheets comforter on the bed as well as a locker for each person. Rather than having to rent a padlock for 3 euros or buy one for 7, they allowed me to store my bag in the front closet during the day for free. All around a great stay

Very nice staff. Ended up in a room with six beds but only had two other people stay with me.

They were an excellent service. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities are clean.
