There are several cockroach in the bathroom

Very nice & luxury hotel. Friendly & polite staffs
Posted 23 Dec 2023 on HotelsVery nice, luxury, and clean hotel. Friendly & polite staffs. The staffs took extra care of us, always open the door & great us each time we go in & out. Special thanks to the concierge, Mr. Van Duc. He was so nice. He helped us with our luggages when we arrived, when we left, and lended us an umbrella when we went for a walk as it was sprinkling.

Hotel was perfectly located for us, we were able to walk to recommend restaurants, the Imperial City and laundry service. The hop on hop off bus was a short walk also. The staff was great and much help. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Hue
