Property was undergoing construction, had to check out early because of the noise. Toilet was not functioning properly. Area was convenient.

The staff were very nice. The property is old. There is no AC in the lobby or common areas like the other newer hotels. There was a musky, stale smell in the room. There was a mouse in the dining room.
