The check in experience was wonderful and the bar is a high straight up 5 outa 5!

Beautiful clean and stylish room. But be aware that this is 2 key pad ck ins to both the bldg and to room. No lobby or front desk, no staff. We have stayed in many such places, but none that advtsd themselves as a hotel.
Also Expedia apparently did not get my reservation to the Nest staff. When I arrived I had no code from the property and no way to enter. My bad in part for not reading the very small print on my confirmation. Fortunately I was able to reach the management. But only after 15-20 minutes on the porch in very cold weather.

The Nest Hudson is convenient to restaurants and shopping on Warren Street in Hoboken.
