A real gem
Posted 27 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe loved our stay with Santa Cruz. It was like staying with good friends. Willie, Flo, Judy, David and others were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From organizing a tour, to answering quick texts about appropriate Taxi fares, arranging laundry, and accommodating our vegetarian diet, everything was perfect. Tasty breakfasts cooked just right, super clean rooms, and just wonderful staff!

The staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The property is charming with great views. The room was nice and clean with great beds and modern, well-functioning bathroom fixtures.

Nice view. Very clean. However it was a bit far from the plaza. Although, David and Tiana were very helpful if you ever book a room there ask for them.

Great staff!
Posted 9 May 2023 on HotelsThe staff was friendly and beyond helpful in every way. They helped arrange transfers to our hike 4 hours away, and any other place we needed to go. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Excellent view of the city and the Andes. Quiet neighborhood and very secure acess.
