Overall our stay was fine. Hotel was pleasant and nicely decorated. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We ate at both restaurants. The buffet was great. The other restaurant on the fifth floor was excellent. The only bad thing is when I ordered Coke and asked if Pepsi was ok, my whole attitude of the hotel changed. Pepsi is never ok! I'm dismayed that Marriott Bonvoy continues to be associated with Pepsi Co. Pepsi is white trash! The only other thing is we had a small flood in our room and not our fault at all. We were assigned to a new room but we're not offered any help with our luggage. I've been staying at Westin properties for years and have always had great experiences. So, I was a little let down.

Hotel has a great location.
It is showing its age - eg room woodwork shows desperate needs of needed maintenance.
Food at restaurants is subpar to other Westins. The breakfast restaurant has a lot of people with attitude. The Chinese restaurant upstairs can be avoided. The Italian restaurant is very good, albeit limited menu.
All rest of the staff was nice.
