The staff were very friendly, it was quiet and comfortable at night. Walkable to everything.

Clerk did not have a record of our reservation at check in, which caused a stressful 20 minutes.
There were litterally dozens of dead crickets in our room that we had to clean up ourselves.
There was a sliding glass door in the room which had no lock only a chain.
No hot water on arrival. Had to wait for the water heater to be turned on and heat up.
Shower head was so corroded that water trickled out. In fact, as much water leaked around the heads threaded connection as came out the shower head itself.
