Hotel good service bad

The hotel was just fine but the people helping us was not nice at all. Pretty rude and always had a sour face.

The hotel is large, clean, nice with an excellent location. It is close to Plaza Constitucion, Mercado Modelo and many dining and shopping opcions. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were standoffish and unfriendly. They were unresponsive to requests.
