A couple days in Huancayo!

I keep comming to this hotel over the years. They did some remodeling and looks nice. The reception looks smaller. The rooms are the same: clean and ready. Luckily for the guests, the room have hot water in the faucett, something that is very rare. They do offer a breakfast and is supposed to start at 07:00 AM. On my last day, it was 07:30 AM and the service was not ready. The employees do offer a very good service! The location of this hotel is super!

Reserve con un precio al llegar al establecimiento me cobraron otro precio terrible los cuartos

Tomaremos en cuenta tus comentarios y trabajaremos para mejorar.En cuanto a su alojamiento, la hab. que Ud. reservó por medio de la plataforma de Expedia es sin impuesto, por lo que al solicitar su doc. para verificar su reserva y los datos, Ud. presentó DNI peruano. Es por ello que se le cobró la tarifa + el 18 % (IGV)
