This Hyatt is an over priced hotel, you can get the same service and quality of stay from plenty of hotels in the vicinity with just 3-4 stars. It’s the same as paying extra money for Nikey shoes, the extra money only gets you the brand name and nothing more.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Beautiful grounds and pools. We had problems getting our rooms. When we checked in the receptionist kept saying our rooms weren’t ready and would have to be reconfigured. It took three hours and my room had to be changed as I had an injury and could not climb the stairs and make the walk to the remote room I was I itially given. Once this was corrected the rest of the stay was great!

Not good for the price we paid.

the service at the restaurant Figs was horrible and the pool as well. the rooms were full of mosquitos and the hotel in general needs maintenance and care. it needs renovation.
