I had a 4 nights stay. The first night is was awesome i had a nice room as advertised on Expedia. However, I was asked to move to a smaller room in another building for night 2,3, and 4. The room i was assigned was small and the shower was so hard to get in, i couldnt imagine anyone over 40 could get in and out safely. I feel like they used some bait and switch tactics. I felt I got scammed, when i first checked in, they told me Expedia should have mentioned this kind of room switching in the first place. I didnt want to argue because they told me every room is booked out, i had a 14 hours flight. Too tired to argue.

Good locations, staff is helpful and friendly.

Posted 13 Oct 2019 on HotelsHotel is located in a nice area by a green belt with shops and good eateries around, and 5 mins walk to train station. Breakfast was good with fruits and varieties.

Posted 10 Oct 2019 on HotelsI had a great time, I had two problem, 1 with the hot water on the first night and 2 with the light turning off on the first night. I toll them the morning after and it did not happen again.
Food for breakfast was so good.
I will stay here again in the future😁

Great Hotel experience

I was able to speak Japanese and English there, which was great because they could explain the surroundings location without me using a translator (Mandarin is spoken there). The breakfast was amazing because it had international options and I choose the Japanese choice. My daughter loved the hot chocolate and bath tub.
