"The property was clean but messy at the same time. There was a fire damage to the building that was obvious the room I was staying in was patched up and not repainted but an overall good no frills hotel nothing special nothing to extravagant with what I needed for a place to sleep for the night"

"Traveled with my family, with two children, we felt safe, Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast no proteins though lots of bread, toast, waffles and muffins. I’d suggest to added hard boiled eggs to the menu. Easy parking right outside of our room on first floor. Easy walk to knotts berry farm about .07 mile which saved us $35 in parking fees. The only issue for me was the beds were not comfortable. "
