"The bed springs were broken, the bathroom smelled like mold, and there were roaches. We spent one night there and we left the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund after the first night and they said I had to email them and then it would get approved. So I emailed them and they denied the refund for the other nights I did not stay. They never answer the phone and they are not helpful at all in anything. Even after telling them about the roaches they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The couch in the room was so stained it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was a horrible stay and the front desk is unhelpful."

"Air conditioning is strong enough to cool the whole room. Bedding is comfortable. The fridge is cool enough to keep the food safe over night, there's a microwave to heat up food."
