The Staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms on the 1st floor are huge, more like an apartment. The location was perfect. We could walk to the grocery store, Target and restaurants. We spent 2 nights there before our cruise day. Great location!

Days Inn by Wyndham Buena Park – Review This is a solid, no-frills place to stay. It’s just a couple blocks from Knott’s Berry Farm and sits in a shared lot near major stores like Target, so the location is super convenient. It’s definitely more “budget motel” than “fancy hotel,” and since it’s right by the freeway, it can be a bit noisy. That said, it’s affordable, practical, and does exactly what you need it to do for a quick, cost-friendly stay. The surrounding area does have some activity, especially at night, so it can feel a little sketchy after dark — something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with kids. This was our second stay here. On this visit, the keypad to our room had completely died, and it took a while for staff to get it fixed and let us back in. Once resolved, everything was fine, but it was definitely an inconvenience.

The room was clean. The staff at the property were nice. The girl I spoke to in the morning on my way into town was super rude. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The lighting in the vanity area was far too dim. I couldn’t see to take off my make up or put make up on in the morning or do my hair. For these reasons we didn’t give 5 stars

The front desk staff was very accommodating, the elevator was non-op, I was assigned a 4th floor room and when I told them I was handicapped, they reassigned me to a 1st floor room. They did that without hesitation.

Convenient location, met basic needs

I booked this trip and loved the location of this hotel! The breakfast was basic with toast, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice & coffee. I was super excited to use the pool & hot tub but it was closed my entire 3 night stay so that was a bit of bummer. Overall, not too shabby.

Ive always stayed here in the past because theyve aways kept up witho cleanliness. I came after some time of not staying here and notice that they upgraded the room furniture. Looks nice. Beds are new and soft too. I really appreciate that. They get 4.0 stars from me though because their elevator was broken and I was on the fourth floor 😵‍💫

The staff was wonderful!! Checking in was so quick and easy, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great as well something quick and easy on the go and I loved how they had hot coffee ready all day. My husband and I will definitely be coming back here!!

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, it had a mini fridge,but there was no coffee pot or microwave. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working so that was very inconvenient especially being pregnant and having a 1yr old and a 9 year old. The breakfast was small (muffins, toast, cereal)but if fed my family enough to not have to eat out for breakfast. Hotels.com says there is a pool but the pool was closed.

The room itself was surprisingly nice — clean, quiet, and appears recently updated. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked freshly repainted (though some paint overspray was visible), and the pool area was well maintained. The front desk experience, however, needs improvement. Staff at check-in were not very friendly, and the hotel does not offer secure luggage storage. Their only option was to leave luggage outside the glass-enclosed front desk area, and they stated they wouldn’t be responsible for it, which didn’t feel safe. The lobby is minimal and not very welcoming, with older furniture and a hard-to-hear check-in setup behind glass. Overall, the room quality is much better than the lobby suggests, and it’s fine for a quick stay near Knott’s or Disneyland — just be aware of the limited front-desk services.

One thing I didn't like is that they took my deposit and did not return it. They never gave a reason why they refused to return it as we left the room in good condition. It was mostly a very convenient and quiet place to sleep and it was comfortable.
