"Great place to stay"

"Check in was easy and the staff was very nice and had great customer service. When it came to the our room which was 222, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and wouldn’t latch to lock. The tv just had basic cable. The ac worked just fine but for some reason we tried using the heat and it seemed like it either took a while to actually heat the room up or not work at all. One of the elevators did not work and also the was only one Ice machine and that was located at the front of the property on the second floor. I did like at night there was a cop carefully driving around the property. Also the walls are kinda thin and I was able to hear my neighbors havin fun. Anyways it was an okay stay for one night. "

"Rooms are cleaned and staff are helpful and friendly. Always a great stay. Parking is also always available. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"We checked in with Steve. He was great, we rode the van to Disneyland the driver was wonderful. By the way it’s free when staying at the hotel. It’s been a wonderful stay and we will be back soon!"

"The room was very dirty, mirrors weren’t clean, furniture wasn’t wiped down, carpet was dirty and a corner of the bed was chewed off. They look nice from the outside, but once you walk in the room it’s a different story. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The parking is extremely tight so beware of that. My room was a bath tub but no option for a bath. Shower only. NO coffee make in the room (Hotels.com misinformed) The upstairs guest was very loud but thankful we were exhausted from our days that sleeping was not a problem. The bed is firm FYI. This was overall a good choice. The price was more than reasonable. "
