we called to inform that we were running late,
when we arrived the site was closed and no one answered the phone.
we had a small baby and had no choice to book a hotel at the last minute
very very disapointed

Dear Laurence,Arriving late should not have been a problem since you received the codes that allowed you to open the main door of the establishment as well as the code that allowed you to open the door to your apartment already two days before your arrival.It is clearly indicated that check in is before 10 p.m. and that after this time no one can be reached.So in my opinion you must have entered a wrong code otherwise you could have entered your apartment at any time.Damage.Kind Regards,

Grateful but no thanks..
Posted 29 Aug 2022 on HotelsIt was a last minute stay so i am very very grateful for that.
But if i had the option and the time to choose to stay here unfortunately i would not like to stay here, bed linen was awful really bad night rest..
No onsite staff presence to deal with the people who where partying into the early hours made it difficult for us to sleep.
No towels to clean yourself after a shower?
Goodluck to the team there but i would not like to return to this site.
I will stress i am very very grateful for the last minute booking.

Posted 2 Jul 2019 on HotelsParking and general arrival process late at night was a bit confusing but the room was nice, clean, comfortable and large. Make sure to read to check in emails sent to understand to bring your own towels etc or pay additional fees to have in your rooms as well as arrival information. In general good value for money and a pleasant stay.

Small apartment setup so much better, car needed
Posted 5 Jun 2018 on HotelsThe central location was great, the setup was perfect for a family with 3 kids. To bad we didn’t know about the availability of bikes if ordered in advance. I hope at one point that towels are included in the package.
The close location to highway and major roads is a plus.
Access to a car is definitely needed, peaceful area but far away from shopping area
