Room and building were great. Until the toilet stopped working around 9 pm. Several trips and calls to the front desk for assistance and nobody would help. Not even offer a plunger, nothing at all. Had to make a trip from the 4th floor to the 1st every time someone in our room needed to use the bathroom. Unfortunate.

Check in was complicated. Emails, phone calls, receptionist not find my reservation. Prices different than stated online. Reserved double queen and didn’t get it. Won’t return.
