Had a great stay overall. Guy at front desk was great! My room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a little dirty though. All in all would stay again!

Checked in early, the front desk clerk was nice. Got to the room. I had to plunge the shower. The shower rod was falling off the wall. Had cockroachrs in the room and there was no cooking.

Karen,We appreciate your feedback. It is upsetting that this is an experience you had. However, we do not have a record of any of your issues you mentioned. Also, the room you stayed in did not have a shower curtain--it has a walk-in shower with glass doors. Is it possible you are confusing our hotel with another you stayed in recently? We would be happy to host you again as proof that the issues you described are not what you experienced here.

Ive stayed at this property a few times and everyone ive interacted with as a whole has been awesome.

With several families staying going through the same situation, we hoped you would have felt more comfortable here. Husam,We appreciate your repeat patronage. It was always a pleasure visiting with you.However, the items and pictures you have shared, I believe, are an attempt to defraud this establishment. I myself was working the desk the morning of your original departure and spoke with you several times. You indicated the stay was great as usual and gave no indication as to any issues with your room. We even extended you as a courtesy when you inquired to hold your space as we were sold out. It was not until your return late in the evening when you could not get into your room (your keys had timed out due to not renewing them earlier in the day) that you began your quest for a free night.The items you took pictures of were still in the room in the exact place in the middle of the floor where you indicated they would be. Odd, they are in the middle of the room neatly set to stand up for a photo op. This is not the kind of hotel we run nor is this the kind of behaviour we accept from so called loyal guests. Although we appreciate your choosing of our property in the past, perhaps you would be better of at another, more budget-minded property in the future.Thank you again for your patronage!
