I chose this property specifically for the indoor hot tub and included breakfast. Upon arriving I was informed the hot tub was permanently filled in OVER 2 YEARS AGO- meaning the hotel has been dishonest with booking agencies (like expedia) about it's amentities- I think there was even a picture of the hot tub if I remember. The continental breakfast had the WORST powdered eggs I think I've EVER had and besides those and old boiled eggs your other options are only carbs. The maid took our bar soap on day 1 and didn't give us any more until day 4 but left us dirty surgical gloves on our bedroom floor in exchange. Besides a comfortable bed and a very nice front desk staff this hotel is NOT worth the money!!!

Taking your bar soap and not replenishing it until the fourth day is completely unacceptable, as is the discovery of cleaning gloves on your floor. This does not reflect our standards, and I have addressed these incidents with our housekeeping manager to ensure this does not happen again.Your feedback is invaluable to us as it highlights the areas where we need to improve. Excellent hotel, close to many good restaurants. Very friendly stuff to assist me. Clean room and is cleaned every day.

I liked the location, staff, but don’t like the smell of the room & blanket, pilllows….smell too bad of majiwana
