Check in staff we're very friendly and helpful. Staff at pool bar were also very friendly.

The only bad thing was a big thing though. The ac in my room the first night was blowing as cold as it could get making the room 62 degrees. There was no in-between. They came to fix it but this time it was stuck on 71. I had my 2 children so switching rooms wasn't an option at 9pm at night. Awsome pool, friendly staff!

Our second stay here, first time in the summer so we got to use the pool & it was nice, especially liked the swim up bar. Rooms have good beds, small bathrooms that desperately need towel hooks so you can hang up bath towel to dry so you won’t have to keep replacing.! Best hotel shower, super strong water pressure. The Opus restaurant has really good food & friendly, helpful manager. Loved that the kitchen stays open late. (10:00 weekdays, 11:00 weekends) all staff friendly and would recommend this place, we will stay here again.

The facility is clean and convenient to Kemah Boardwalk and local shopping areas. There are high end restaurants available and boat chartering available in the hotel. Parking was convenient. The deposit was larger than expected and equated to the same amount as the entire cost of my stay. There’s no laundry service and laundry mat in the area. No free breakfast included. Regular room. And the pool swim up bar is only available Fri-Sun. Overall well kept safe facility in a great area. In my opinion overpriced for the lack of practical conveniences you search for while traveling with a family. Huge cost and price with the stress of outsourcing for laundry/reasonable amenities/entertainment/meals.

That the pictures that were on the website are not what the property looks like. The shower head is all white from the shower head not being properly cleaned. The doors look old and rusty. The restroom shower was suppose to be a stand up shower however it was nothing like that. The carpet/room smelled like old, it felt muggy.
