The passcode to get into the building didn't work. The passcode to get into the room didn't work. We had to call a help desk and get a reset. It took a while, but once we were in we really loved the residence. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Overall the stay was okay. The room was clean and fully equipped with all essentials. Nice layout and design. The area is quiet and seemed safe. CVS right down the straight which was great for grabbing water. Prior to arrival, i reached out with some questions and was responded to promptly and professionally. However, upon arrival we were not greeted at all by the woman at the "front desk". We paid extra for early check in at 1pm but arrived at 12pm and wanted to leave our bags while we got something to eat to kill time. The front desk agent did not greet or even speak to us, just simply looked up at us. We asked about the bags and she simply pointed to a door leading to the management office and told us to put them in there. Sign on the door said they are not responsible for your belongings and office will close at 5pm. We came back around 1:30 to find no one at the desk and the management office locked. Called the numbered at the desk and had to wait for someone to come unlock it. As far as our room, everything looked great other than the mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Nice property but would not stay again just based off the lack of hospitality and the mold on the ceiling that needs repair.

As a business traveler, I reserved Sonder's Hogg Palace in lieu of a hotel room, seeking 1) more space and 2) a full kitchen. Both of my needs were nicely met. I also found the space to be surprisingly quiet, even with the downtown area just outside the window. I did not have a car, though the parking appeared easy and plentiful.

booked this for my bday week and it immediately felt like a second home to me. I hope and I will to come back here again this same year. I wish I could live here permanently, it’s so perfect! that queen bed felt like a king to me. the wood floor did feel pretty fragile so i was kinda scared walking bc i didn’t wanna break any floors, but other than that, i’d love to come back to the same room and hopefully for longer.
