The property was clean & I felt very comfortable. On the breakfast it was good but there was the no variety. We stayed 5 days & the first day it was great second day was fine but by the third day I could not look at the sausages or potatoes. It was the same every day.

Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet and convenient to the Houston Space center, short drive. Some dining options within walking distance and many more within driving. About 40 mins away from Galveston beach. Staff was helpful when I had a problem with my pass key (phones with MagSafe and magnetic cards don’t mix). Breakfast was on time and welcome, plenty of eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, some pastries, orange juice and coffee. Didn’t try to make a waffle but maybe next time. Room was cleaned while I was out and everything was as I left it when I came back. Room includes a refrigerator and microwave.

David and Moses are excellent hosts. This was our second stay at this establishment. The breakfast is very tasty and multiple options. The staff was very friendly, helpful and hospitable.

The side entry hallway stank like cigarettes & just smelled bad. The hotel is definitely older. The room was spacious & looked as clean as an old worn down hotel could be. The carpet just looks very old. I was expecting the hotel condition to be better for the price. Later that night I got up to use restroom & the biggest cockroach was next to the toilet. I had to beat it to death for fear it would get into our luggage. Got me paranoid all night so I had to make sure all of our luggage were closed tight. The next morning had to shake everything out to make sure no roaches. Thankfully we got there late so we didn’t have food with us otherwise I have no idea how bad the roach infestation would be.Thankfully we only stayed a night. I wouldn’t stay again cuz if the roaches, properly conditions, & price.

We didn't hear about roach issue during your stay and upon inspection after your stay, we didn't find any roach activities. Our best guess is you probably picked it up during your travel or one of the other hotels you stayed. We wish we had known about the issue, and would have you changed to a different room to ease your stay. Our location is unbeatable in between Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center and we take pride in our cleanliness and maintenance.
