We made the reservation on Expedia but when we arrived the power was out and we were told there’s no running water, no electricity to even charge our phones. Expedia says no refunds if I cancel or arrive late but nothing about the obligation of the hotel. This blows, I’ll skip Expedia next time

The hotel is clean and located close to the highway and airport. Mos of the staff is friendly and looking to help.
Nevertheless I had a bad experience with a shuttle young driver, he parked blocking the way out in front of the lobby, when I gently asked him to move the van so me and other persons could leave we walked out took a look and just reply to me, " you can go that way" which is narrowed way in. I considered this a lack of interest on your guests safety and service attitude.
