Room #215. Molds, smell, leaky sealing, and drapes were stained. I could not believe Holiday Inn could go that low.

Staff courteous and efficient but room window did not have blackouts and air conditioning and bathroom exhaust fan were terrible noisy (as if broken). Have not had such a similar experience in an IHG property.

Toilet wasn’t clean, had urine and sticky stuff all over the seat, closet door wasn’t closing broke

Our fridge wasn’t working. Told front desk and nothing got done for the 5 nights we stayed. Laundry wasn’t working. Room had very strong smell. I’m an IHG member and this isn’t the level.
