This is 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Both times were were amazing.The property is very clean, quiet and room is spacious. The bed/bedding are very comfortable. The staff are happy to help with whatever your needs are. Property is about a 10 minute drive from IAH airport. A few fast food options close within a 10 minute walk of hotel. Breakfast is good with many options ie: eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, rolls, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee etc.. The shuttle was clean, driver was very nice. The only hiccup was it took about 30-45 minutes for pick up from airport. However, pick up was a busy Friday night at 6pm so that should be expected. This hotel is great place to stay.

Property seemed fairly new, but in my room almost everything I needed to use was broken. Bathroom faucet, handle was broken, so it barely worked. No black out blinds, they appeared to be missing on the roller, so I had the parking lot lights beaming into my room all night. Shower glass doors barely slid open as they were off the track. Suprised they did not fall out.

Our 2 night stay in April was just what we needed. Close to the airport and free breakfast. The pool was nice but a bit too cold.

Unfortunately this location has been sorely neglected. Our room that we booked wasn’t available so they separated our family into two rooms extremely far away from each other. There was not a privacy/darkening shade in either room so you could see the freeway and there was a street lamp shining right into our window. I had to put the sofa cushions up in the window for privacy and to block the light. One room had the sofa bed undone and a stained comforter thrown in a pile on top of it when we walked in and then they claimed there weren’t any more clean linens to provide us with. Dirty hallways and elevators. We did not use the pool.
