No hot water for three days. No refund, no solution, just a ‘Sorry, I’m not the maintenance person’ from the front desk. Crazy, neither am I.

Me and my 1 year old stayed here for 2 days. I just bought a house in Kingwood but didn’t have electricity set up yet so we had to stay at the hotel until it came on. The staff/ front desk were so sweet and nice. My electricity came on in 24 hrs but I decided to stay the second night at the hotel because I was so content lol. Would totally come back
