The hotel was attractive-not run down; the breakfast was delicious. The beds were TOO HARD; the air conditioner SHUT OFF; their was STOMPING NOISE ABOVE THAT KEPT US AWAKE ALL NIGHT; THERE WERE PEOPLE SMOKING POT WHEN WE TOOK OUR KIDS TO THE POOL! There was only 1 washcloth and 3 towels in our room

I’ve stayed at this particular location in the past multiple times and never have had any issues. This is the last time I will ever stay here!!!!!!
If you would like to have a quiet nights rest this is definitely not the place! Also note I rarely write reviews but wanted to warn people about this hotel. The hotel is located next door to a sports field and the kids that probably had games there were running up and down the hallway until 1:00am. I called front desk to complain, because I had a toddler sleeping and didn’t want him to wake up. The front desk sounded by his tone of voice knew why I was calling and just apologized. An hour later a grown adult yelled down the hall to a woman hey tell the kids to keep it down we received a complaint for running up and down the halls. 😑

Everything was great, except it would have been nice to have more eating places closer to the hotel

This was our second time staying here while visiting town. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are very nice and spacious. However, the elevators and the 2nd floor smelled urine. Also the complimentary breakfast could stand some more options to choose from, especially for a family with children.
