Check in staff was friendly & personalable. Lobby was clean. My room did not look like it had been vacuum so I asked to have it done. However, when she finished nothing had been accomplished. So the vacuum didn't work or she didn't have it on the correct setting. And no they wouldn't let me do it myself. I also noticed that the top bed cover had a spot where it looked like someone had had sex or it was a butt cheek stain. That was disturbing. But I realized I didn't see a cart with linen on it while they were supposedly cleaning rooms! Oh my! The tub look as if someone had left bleach in it and the enamel peeled and rust is showing through. It has a nice little work out room and pool. The breakfast is great,

Overall, a good value for the price. Not the most convenient location unless you're flying in or out of Hobby airport. Complimentary breakfast was good, as was free parking, though it is open and uncovered (of concern during a hailstorm while I was there). Suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well decorated, with a few areas that could use attention (microwave turntable not working, inconsistent streaming access on TVs).

I had to request a change of blanket because of stains. The TV sucks, upgrade needed. If I'd to fight with the remote.

This property operated like an hourly property. The BONVOY status was none! The room need cleaning. They had people who were not even staying there able to come in to get breakfast in the morning as well as they were changing locks on hotel rooms while people were staying in the rooms which means my room would have been left open with me not being there until they got to my room door That is not professional at all and it can be very unsafe and I could’ve lost items as well as we asked for cleaning of our room which we had to give notice the night before and when they clean to do our room, they did not change the sheets all they did was change out the towels they left dirty sheets on the bed. They did not put up the ironing board. They did not vacuum , it was a mess and had a problem our toilet was broken. We had to fix ourselves because there’s no one in the hotel except the person at the front desk no maintenance and no housekeeping this was a horrible stay.

My room had two tvs. One had no wifi connection and the other didn’t turn on at all. Room service did not properly clean the room at all only dropped off towels when a cleaning was requested
