In the incident to complete a refund, as a customer I faced challenges with the checkout process and seeking assistance from a representative. Despite the lack of support in checking out early and obtaining a refund, they were redirected to Expedia for help. However, I felt down when Expedia indicated that they could only be reached via email for resolution, leading to a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction with the customer service experience.

We are so sorry that you feel that the issue was not resolved. Our records don't show an early checkout. Was this because you didn't receive confirmation that you would be refunded? Did you then decide to stay?

Upon arrival to the hotel I was told the elevator didn’t work and we were put in a room on the 3rd floor. I explained I recently had surgery and could not climb stairs. I asked for a cancellation and was told I would still have to pay the $115 cancellation fee.

The elevators were not working. We were promised on arrival that they will be repaired next day. They were not. We were also advised that we could switch to another hotel but, as we arrived by Uber and had lots of equipment that was not an option. The elevator problem make this stay almost unbearable.

Trucks are stollen from here very often. Elevator was broken, room wasn’t that clean and my bed wasn’t made each day. Also, the stairs were dirty.

We stay at this Comfort Inn about every 60 days. The people are friendly….the food is good….the rooms are clean and the location is very good for us!
