We stayed here last year and it was quiet. On this visit, our A/C was very loud. Maintenance confirmed the motor was loud and suggested another room. Management said all rooms were that loud and they couldn’t switch us because they were sold out. The room on our previous visit was quiet so that’s just BS. Breakfast was not as good as last time with limited option. We won’t be coming back.

I thought the property was really clean, breakfast was nice and I had no real problems. I would stay again but the incidental fee is 100.00 which I personally believe is too high. My kids and I came there after the tornado in Houston and our power being out and after staying in 2 other hotels that were just as nice if not better and the incidental fee was only 25.00 and 20.00 so this was really high for us! They did bring it down to $50.00 and I was very very grateful for that because that at least left us with money to eat. The only other thing is that the tv was small and didn’t swivel. They have kinda a set up like the Spinghill suites by Marriot with the beds together and then a couch and sitting area on the other side which I like but the tv doesn’t accommodate both sides. It would be nice to have 2 tvs, one in both areas or have it swivel so both areas can watch it in clear view. But overall the hotel was really nice I would definitely stay again if the incidental fee wasn’t so high. Spring Hill suites by Marriott is only 20.00 a night so why are you guys so high?

During an extended power outage in Houston, we wanted a nice, reasonably priced hotel to stay at. This property was great in that it was clean, modern, and included breakfast (standard scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, pastries, cereal, etc.), fridge and microwave, and regular cleaning. The location was quiet, and staff were very pleasant. It felt homey and we liked our stay.
