Arrived and the building is under construction, televisions were not working, elevator was broken. Left and did not stay. I want a refund but they are making my go through expedia

Upon arriving i was told they had no tvs in the rooms and that the elevator didn't work.... oh and i was on the 3rd floor. Then the toilet backed up and i was told i could come get a toilet plunger. I asked to change rooms but was told they were booked

Under construction, loud noises throughout the day, cockroaches in the room, missing items like lamps and garbage cans in room

Property is under renovations, room was super clean with new bedding , flooring, fresh paint. Pool was clean. Elevator was out tho . When all of the renovations are done, this will be a great place to stay ! New Owner is super friendly and accommodated us by switching our room to a lower floor due to elevator being out . We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

It was excellent. The hotel is under remodeling however the Amenities were great .great staff

Televisión was not working, elevators were down, housekeeping services only if requested, had to walk down the stairs to exchange towels, no trash cans in the room.
