A properly functioning hot tub is a very important factor when I select hotels to stay at. I contacted the hotel a week prior to my arrival to inquire about the hot tub. They said it was working great so I made reservations. Well, the girst night I had to inform the staff that the hot tub was cold, they apologized and said the next evening it would be better and the water would be comfortably hot. Went to enjoy the hot tub the second evening and it was still cold. I feel bamboozled, and I did not receive what I paid for. Very disappointed. Will never stay at that hotel again. I give it an “F”.
