“ "Arrived at the hotel, no one was at the reception. I stayed there for more than 35 minutes waiting, and finally, someone showed up, saying sorry, we don't have a room available. Even though I showed him the confirmation, he said, sorry, we're fully booked. Very bad service."

I was pleased with the location and upkeep of the old buildings! Gorgeous property. Good AC and friendly staff. Only two complaints - not easy to find someone at reception and the breakfast was hard to call breakfast.

Very Bad condition from the reception area to the sleeping rooms.

The room was very nice but the court yard was a loud bar at night. Also the Medina was disappointing
