Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was short of towels and one was torn in multiple spots. Then, breakfast was virtually absent - no juice, most serving dishes empty. Trash was blowing out of smelly trash cans outside the building.
This property was a favorite when we stayed four years ago, but we won’t be returning.

It’s a little sketchy when you drive on to the property. The woman checking us in was pleasant, however hard to understand. The elevator had someone’s water bottle, our room had hair in the sink & shower, the fake flowers in the pots outside were dirty & just thrown in there. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were small. I could go on, but you get the gist.

Arrived 35 minutes early. Clerk was not willing to check us in, recommended to go for a walk until check-in time. At 3 pm (check-in time) she obviously finished her shift and left. The new clerk acted somewhat slow and unprofessionally. Took about 15 minutes to get the room keys. Room was smelly and dirty, garbage can was not even emptied.
