"Room was small and relatively clean, but modern, as was the building and facilities. Staff at the lobby had no idea how to fix the most basic check-in issues. When we requested more soap we were told it was a "courtesy" and that additional soap would not be provided. "

I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well. It's not just about the price, just the principle. Otherwise our stay was ok."
