"This is going to be our go to place when staying in Sao Paulo. The room is clean and has a full kitchen. The building is safe, has a self checkout mini market and face recognition to allow entrance. The location couldn't be better, very close to the subway and with good options to eat at walking distance."

"First I got a room with a water leaking issue but then contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they were very kind to change my room for another one and even better. The revolving door was often having problems and we could not find anyone to remove the garbage or provide us with clean towels."
