The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo.

A very good hotel with a modern, spacious room (toilet paper can be flushed) and a kitchen. In warm weather, you can cool off in the rooftop pool. The staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed by the lady who prepares eggs and pancakes for you. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in São Paulo. We spent eight nights at São Paulo's Cozzy Premium Paulista. It's an obviously newer hotel with all the pluses that come from recent construction. We loved the keyless entry and terrific staff. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping folks were flawless! The breakfast was top notch. The only downside was the lack of lounge chairs on the small, rooftop pool deck. We went up to the roof several times during our stay but were never able to take advantage of the pool because of the number of people there.
