My wife and i have stayed in all the nicest in SP and Rosewood tops them all! Best service, amazing facilities, and great Restaurants. We happen to be at Rosewood for the Easter brunch(amazing), and they got us a table even thought fully booked. Truly a 6 star hotel.

Superb experience in this 6 stars hotel

At least in our experience, I cannot pinpoint one flaw about the service, amenities, beauty and lux of this hotel. It provides so many difference experiences among the several different restaurants and two pools. Make sure to book a hotel tour on your first day with Priscilla Chien and make your stay extra special. We can wait to go back!

We had another amazing stay at Rosewood. There was a small issue with our room, but it was quickly resolved by Nathalia, the manager at the time, and her team, who went above and beyond. This hotel is very classy! Starting with the check-in. The food is next level and if you chose the "the breakfast as included" ootion, you will not be disappointed. I will have been to 21 countries this year and the small details in the room are first class. One of the first things i do when checking into a room is trying to figure out the light switches. Some hotels drive me crazy. This hotel is the best.They have toggle switches that are very easy to navigate and so convenient. They also have a box full of adapters for your electrical needs. This was also a first. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable and they also offer a turn down service at anytime. Black out drapes and shades are automated with bedside toggle switches. It almost sounds like I am affiliated 😊 but I am not. My experience with luxury hotels is vast, having stayed in 30 to 40 this year alone. The room and amenities are in the top 3 with Okada in Manila and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore probably being #1 All in all my one word description of this hotel is "CLASSY"

The stay here for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional, very friendly, they have a personal trainer 24 hours available in the gym and even fruit to eat after a work out. Every detail inside the hotel room is carefully put together and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here and it’s worth every dollar you pay.

I would live in this hotel if I could! The staff is extraordinarily helpful, the design is next level, and the comfort too. I feel very lucky to have stayed at this Rosewood and, if I come back to SP, I will never stay anywhere else but here!
