Muito boa a estadia

A experiência no Stay Charlie foi excelente. Muito organizado, a assistência era muito boa. A localização e o apartamento eram excelentes. A minha única reclamação é sobre o banheiro, que não era muio bem planejado. Nao tinha box e o chuveiro era apontado para a parede. O espelho era pequeno e baixo. O resto foi incrível.

Tudo estava muito bom, apenas percebi que barulhos vindos dos outros apartamentos me incomodaram um pouco, acredito que as divisórias entre um apartamento e outro deveriam ser de alvenaria e não de drywall. do estava tudo perfeito.

Amei nossa estadia , apartamento limpo e aconchegante, ideal para 2 pessoas . A localização é maravilhosa, tem uma padaria próximo que fica bem ao lado do metrô Ana Rosa que é maravilhosa, tem café , almoço e janta , sem falar do metrô que ajuda bastante na locomoção para lugares longes e sem ter o estresse do transito, ainda falando da localização, além da lavanderia que tem no prédio , também tem lavanderias perto e um MC Donalds que dá pra ir andando também , pra quem gosta de fazer compras também tem um mercadinho perto . Enfim , voltarei mais vezes com certeza . O prédio é maravilhoso, cama excelente e roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas. Tudo muito organizado e o chekin é feito online antes de chegar na acomodação o que tornou bem facil a entrada no local . Não tenho pontos negativos para essa acomodação, supriu todas as minhas necessidades e até surpreendeu.

Muito bom !

Muito bom, o apartamento que eu fiquei estava muito limpo e cheiroso, com aspecto de limpeza ótimo, apesar de uma obra na frente do prédio a sacada estava limpa. Os móveis são confortáveis na medida ideal, a cama já tem um bom conforto. Tive um problema com o chuveiro mas eu mesmo resolvi. A falta de comunicação e de funcionários não chega ser a um problema, me responderam rápido quando precisei.

No geral é um bom Apt para uma estadia rápida, a avenida a frente é movimentada, não possuem muitas opções de mercado ou padarias próxima! Possui uma estação de metrô bem próxima! Checkin foi bem fácil, assim como checkout as 11h em ponto estavam ligando no apartamento, achei bem deselegante já que estávamos já saindo do apt do mais estadia ok,

Muito boa!

A estadia foi muito boa. Por alguns pequenos detalhes a nota não é 10. Mas, nada que comprometa a hospedagem. O armário é pequeno para colocar uma mala, mesmo que pequena. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, mas não é nada grave. Cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas em bom estado, possui secador de cabelo e ferro a vapor. Pretendo voltar. Pena não ter estacionamento.

There’s no front desk person at night , no cleaning services any day , you have to pay extra , very noisy place , there isn’t any vending machine People at front desk ( during the day ) are not polite I’ll never go to this place again

Shoutout to “UDY” i believe his name is pronounced. Works at the front desk he really is the superstar of this building. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and welcome in Sao Paolo. I do have to say that there is a seperate company who runs the door camera/ facerecognition entry. The man who works for them was very rude and nasty to me , In my mind because im an american. I have never been so rudely treated . Really left a bad taste in my mouth . Brazil is a beautiful country beautiful people so friendly and kind. As anywhere rhere aee people who are not. The building is extremely clean and secure. The concept of having your own apartment is great and was very happy with that. I just think its bad for business to have people operating the security to your building who would treat a customer so poorly. If not for UDY, and im sure im misspelling his name, i would say i would not rent here again. However just because of him I absolutely would stay again. If your brazilian and speak perfect portuguese you should have no issue.
