"Beautiful area, amazing food, the hot springs out in nature are great. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the whole experience is amazing. Worth it even if it's just one night."
"They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!"
"The stay here was wonderful. The staff were amazing, the dining experience was perfect. Would recommend for anyone that wants a quiet onsen off the main travel path."
"Highly recommended to have a stay here . A very comfortable , clean and quiet Japanese hotel. Very delicious half board meal . Very nice staff . Value for money . "
"We sayed in Moksa in september. Our shinkansen got significantly delayed, and my phone roaming stopped working, so I could not call and say we would arrive late for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to accomodate our dinner reservation. The food was delicious, the garden is a delight, and I wish we would have spent a few more days in this hotel. Loved it!"

"Located only a couple of blocks from the main train station, this hotel was a great pick. Incredibly clean as you must take your shoes off at the entrance and roll your luggage through water before entering the lobby, and your room. The variety of hot springs baths you can choose from and the extras, such as evening noodles, ice creams and massage chairs make this a great place for families to stay. There are a number of reasonably priced restaurants nearby along with a token Don Quijote just down the street. Also on the same road as public buses 205 and 206 which take you to the tourist attractions such as the golden Pavillon. "

"The property itself was wonderful. We stayed in one of the superior rooms with its own private hot spring bath. The staff were wonderful as well and everything about the hotel was great.
What we found though is there really isnโt much to do around the area and not many restaurants that arenโt at the mall.
So if you stay here, plan your day to just hang out at the hotel and eat at the hotel. There is a lot to do from the planetarium to renting bikes, to playing tennis and chilling in the baths."
"The room was huge, brand new and beautiful with incredible amenities, but the service sets apart the Kamo from other hotels. The staff repeatedly went beyond expectations."
