Room requested was not even ready at 5. Finally cancelled and left. Desk clerk very nice but breakfast area had dirty tables. Just didn’t look great. Pool looked nice

Photographs are not the same facility. Very deceptive. The pool was cloudy with blobs floating. We did not allow our disappointed children to swim. Our room had dirty sheets. We had to get clean ones from front desk. The bathroom had no ventilation which had to have caused the mold they tried to paint over. The entire room looked as if it had never been cleaned properly. So glad we brought bleach and paper towels.

Non smoking rooms were all like smoking rooms. Bathroom flush was not functional . I wouldn’t recommend this to others with family

Pro: It was cheep. Cons: They gave us the wrong room at first. When we got in our correct room, the sheets were stained and wet, floors had crumbs and dirt in carpet, toilet seat was not attached, and t.v. remote didn't work. The front desk was unable to help with any of these issues....

I was generally displeased with the condition of the room. While it was clean it was in a state of disrepair. The tub did not drain properly, there were cracks and stains in the ceiling and the feeling was uncomfortable. The coax attached to the TV was damaged and the electric cord serving a lamp on the counter next to the TV was defective.
