The property itself seems a little older and needs some updating however the staff were fantastic and super helpful and friendly

Negatives: Mattress was extremely uncomfortable with a large dip in the center. Only one elevator was working for 14 floors.
On the plus side they promptly recovered an item we left behind on accident.

We recently replaced all of our mattresses and will take a look at the one in your room. I apologize that one of our elevators was down. I know this caused some delays in getting back and forth to your room. We hope you visit our island again soon!

Convenient location for restaurants, shopping, and transportation to other areas of Honolulu.

The hotel was not too big and yet not to small. It has a nice pool on the roof which was never busy. The rooms are clean and housekeeping did a good job of keeping it that way while we were there. The staff were pleasant and courteous and the valet parking was convenient.
