They charged 3 days parking use when I only requested and used 2 days. They immediately corrected it but if you are in hurry to check out, you may not notice it, watch out.

It was overall a great hotel. The price was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had extras. Very happy with it.

I enjoyed the pool, the area around the pool was enough that you could spread out.

Exceptionally helpful front desk personnel. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again.

When booking this hotel I I requested via Expedia filters both a shuttle from the airport and a breakfast. Neither of these were offered and or provided. Either Expedia fabricated the amenities or flat out lied. I’m very disappointed and frustrated by this situation and deception. I’m hesitant to trust you in the future. I hope you find some way to make this right!

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy. AC worked well. A bit outdated. But for the price in the area it was reasonable. The only thing I wasn't expecting is a additional daily parking charge.

The hotel is very good. Walkable distance from Waikiki beach although with kids could be a little far. Really good grocery store and breakfast restaurant nearby. Parking on site. Quiet and clean. Great room.
