We loved how everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room cleanliness was about average. If you’re looking for a hotel on a budget, I would recommend.

This property is not clean. Sheets were stained, towels frayed, and dried splatter on bathroom walls and toilet. Carpet smelled like dried urine. Furniture in room was falling apart, broken drawers and legs. Limited seating in room and no chairs on balcony. Laundry “facility” is a single washer and dryer, which staff is using to wash the entire hotel’s worth of dirty towels. Staff at night was not helpful, given incorrect information. Walls are paper thin, difficult to sleep as it is only quiet between 1 am and 4 am. Spend your money elsewhere, not worth the inconvenience and filthy room.

When i first checked in , the service was amazing. Two beautiful ladies up front helped me and helped my check in fast and smooth! Can’t wait til i come back to hawaii and make a reservation or two !

Room was kind of dirty, lots of traffic noise. Bed was extremely uncomfortable

Hotel rooms. Are clean. The Balcony was was a little Sketch it, we're traveling with Children No encyclopedia. We had to cross the road and go down a alien or Walk around the block. To get to our car.

Property is older, but in a great location close to Hard Rock Cafe.
The front desk staff was wonderful. They helped me with whatever I needed. Thank you so much.
