The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful also the of the hotel was very close to the beach and being located in the heart of downtown Waikiki made it close to shopping, dining and just walking around town.

Minutes from everything, we enjoyed the roof top pool & hot-tub, great game of pool in excellent common room. It had it's age & expected wear & tear but location & amenities are A . Add lovely front desk staff, Christieann, EXCELLENT cleaning crews... we will be back!

The pool was great. The staff super friendly and the room was more than adequate. Unfortunately, there was construction going on while we were there and that decreased the pleasure of the view from the balcony as well as the quiet in the mornings.

It’s definitely an outdated hotel and something I would not recommend. There is no a/c in the main bedroom, only in the living room. The showers were dirty with only cold water, the curtains had stains, the elevator kept getting stuck. Very poor maintained hotel which needs a major renovation. If it wasn’t for the location I would’ve scored lower.

We go waikiki every year, i absolutely love how convenient this place is! We were able to do our laundries, bbq on the patio, chill out at the pool area. Love it!

Two short blocks from the beach. Room clean and spacious. Outdated but functional. They allowed me to check in very early - so was able to enjoy the beach all day. Roof pool and sauna were good perks.
