I was very disappointed. There was no vending machines, no room service, no good customer service. And the workers in the lobby were racist and providing me with different information every time I asked the same question I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

A little loud due to renovations but overall a great stay!

Loved the location. Close to the beach and all amemities of the area. Great staff. Very helpful. Clean and very comfortable. Only downfall was a small shower. Would definitely stay again. Big shout out to Angie and staff at reception desk, Gerald & John for luggage handling. Also, a shout out to the security guard who gave us info where to find a special souvenir. Many thanks to all the staff, you really enhanced our stay. Thank you.

Should have been comped a lot of things like parking fees. I didn't receive notifications of hotel renovations until 36 of hotel make over when it was to late to switch hotels. I spent 10 nights there with construction makeover with no ice machine (had to call room service) still charged $20 a day for parking. No microwave or amenities. Pain extra fo Waikiki side room am was stuck on pool side and level 3 3 . Staff was nice outside of the attitude given from maid services for not wanting everyday cleaning. Overpaid for this experience. Will not return to a Outrigger hotel.

The staff saved the day...major construction was really irritating. The staff provided CS to resolve some of the annoyance.
